1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weqly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Weqly provides a scheduling platform for managing employee shifts, calendars, and time off requests. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain account security
• Comply with applicable laws
• Not misuse the service

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

5. Plans, Fees, and Payment

Weqly offers a free plan and a paid plan. The paid plan costs USD 1 per user per month, or USD 10 per user per year, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Additional billing currencies may be offered in the future. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal.

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made and your account reverts to the free plan.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 14 days of a payment, we will refund that payment in full. Outside this period, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change, which will take effect on your next billing period.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

Accounts registered with temporary or disposable email addresses are subject to automatic deletion after 12 months of inactivity. Because disposable email addresses cannot reliably receive messages, we will not attempt to notify you before deletion. To prevent automatic deletion under this policy, update your account email to a standard, non-disposable address.

7. Intellectual Property

Weqly, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused by gross negligence or wilful intent, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is Bern, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
