How we work
We're fully remote and intend to stay that way. The team is spread across time zones, so we default to async, well-written docs and thoughtful messages over meetings whenever possible.
We move deliberately. No sprints, no standups, no slide decks about slide decks. We write things down, trust each other, and ship.

Write clearly. Most of our collaboration is async and written. Clear writing is how we think, align, and build together.
Default to simple. We have a strong bias against complexity. The right solution is usually the smaller one.
Own your work. We don't micromanage. You'll be trusted to figure things out, ask when stuck, and finish what you start.
Care about the user. Every decision traces back to someone trying to plan their team's week. Keep that person in mind.
