Kudos

Recognise teammates with a quick note of thanks or praise.

Kudos is a simple way to recognise your teammates, a quick note to say thanks or celebrate good work. It’s on by default, but an admin can switch it off in workspace settings (see Enabling features).

Sending kudos

  1. Choose to give kudos.
  2. Pick the teammate you want to recognise.
  3. Write a short message.
  4. Send.

That’s it. The recipient gets the kudo straight away.

Getting notified

When someone sends you kudos, you receive an email notification, provided you have kudos alerts turned on in your notification settings (see Account settings). You can turn this off if you’d rather not be emailed.

Where kudos show up

Recent kudos appear on the Dashboard, so the team can see recognition as it happens.
