Enabling features
Switch optional tools like Kudos and Clock-in on or off per workspace.
Some parts of Weqly are optional and can be switched on or off per workspace, so you only see the tools your team actually uses. This guide explains how to manage them.
Where to find them
Feature toggles live in your workspace settings (edit workspace). Only workspace admins and owners can change them. A change applies to the whole workspace.
Available features

| Clock-in | Off | Lets people clock in and out to track worked time. See Clock-in. |
Turning a feature on or off
- Open workspace settings and edit the workspace.
- Find the Features section.
- Flip the toggle for the feature you want.
- Save.
When a feature is on, it appears for everyone in the workspace who has access to it. When it’s off, it’s hidden and its pages are blocked. No data is deleted, so turning it back on restores things as they were.
