Enabling features
Switch optional tools like Kudos, Clock-in, Break tracking and Live status on or off per workspace.
Some parts of Weqly are optional and can be switched on or off per workspace, so you only see the tools your team actually uses. This guide explains how to manage them.
Where to find them
Features live in the Features section of the workspace settings page. Only workspace admins and owners can change them. A change applies to the whole workspace.
Available features

| Clock In | Off | Lets people clock in and out to track worked time. See Clock-in. |
| Break tracking | On | Lets people start a break from their dashboard or log one afterwards. Taken breaks come off their hours. See Breaks. |
| Live status | Managers and admins | Shows a dot on avatars for who’s working, on a break or off shift. Choose Off, Managers and admins, or Everyone. See Live status. |
Turning a feature on or off
- Click your profile picture → Workspaces.
- Click the three dots next to the workspace → Settings.
- In the Features section, flip the toggle (or, for Live status, pick who can see it).
- Click Save Changes in the bar at the bottom of the page.
When a feature is on, it appears for everyone in the workspace who has access to it. When it’s off, it’s hidden and its pages are blocked. No data is deleted, so turning it back on restores things as they were. Breaks people already recorded keep counting towards their hours even if Break tracking is turned off.
